We are looking for experienced B2B Sales Executives who want to work for an award winning and market leading online comparison company that specialises in business utilities.

Full time, part time, fixed term contracts available for individual client campaigns ( 6 or 9 months )

In their 19th year of trading, this is an exciting time to join an amazing company as it plans to overhaul the way business customers switch and save money on all their utilities. They are based in vibrant colourful offices in Manchester City Centre.

They offer daily and weekly sales incentives actively promoting fun in the workplace.

Experience/Skills

  • Experience as a business development executive, sales advisor, recruitment consultant or sales consultant in business to business (B2B) environment
  • A proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Motivated and hungry to earn excellent commission and bonus

Duties will include

  • Calling new and existing customers in the renewal window and answering website enquiries
  • Complete a simple sales cycle with full back office support
  • Promote all company products such as; Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband & Telecoms
  • Fact finding to match solutions based on customer requirements
  • Closing deals

Part time hours and days can be agreed at interview.

Basic salary £18k – £23.5k DOE with uncapped earning potential (pro rata for pt role)

Very realistic first year £40000 OTE with top performers currently earning £80000+

Account Manager, Telesales Agents, Sales Advisors, Customer Service, Inbound / Outbound Sales Executive, Junior Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Campaign Manager, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre, Team Leader.

Experience/Skills

  • Experience of Commercial Utility Sales is an advantage (Gas & Electric)
  • Fact Finding Skills
  • Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls in a telesales or call centre environment
  • Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Previously had success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service

Duties will include

  • Contact businesses with the aim of adding value to their utility contracts.
  • To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • To achieve the target conversion rates set.
  • To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards.
  • Working closely with energy suppliers to determine a suitable package for the customer.
  • Building a customer portfolio, working with large clients and managing their accounts.
  • The ability to take control of the full sales cycle, including the close.
  • To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard.

Current top Energy Consultants earn on average £300 commission per week (no threshold) + performance related bonus paid monthly, Commission and bonus are UNCAPPED.
