Great experience with Watt…

Mia from Watt was amazing and sorted out my problem with British Gas Lite taking great trouble even ringing me back with the problem solved! I was most impressed as dealing with British Gas was like banging my head against a brick wall and I was in despair, couldn’t recommend more highly.

Friendly Helpful Service

Kiera was so helpful and friendly to talk to. We experienced problems being released from our previous electricity supplier but Kiera sorted out all the problems for us and saved us a lot of money. Great service.

I don’t usually use utility companies as I have found them unprofessional and untrustworthy. However I spoke with Aaron at Watt utilities and he was very helpful and we sorted everything out in about 30 mins. I will definitely use them again.

It was a difficult time to make a decision, energy rates jumping about and Government policy helpful but action and price cap uncertain. Our contract soon to finish but David understood our reluctance to decide and was helpful without being too pushy and gave good advice.
