I had a stress free conversation with Jacob Seraj who seemed genuinely keen to get me the best deal possible.
Came away with prices that undercut my current suppliers offer without having to change supplier.
He talked me through everything, and I was very happy with the whole process, thank you Jacob !!
I am very grateful to your advisor Mr Jacob Seraj

Very swift response
Very swift response and I am very happy with the new prices that Jacob Seraj negotiated for me
What a wonderful experience I received from Watt Utilities this week regarding my churches electricity and gas supplies. Jacob Seraj was the customer service advisor who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I must admit he made me feel that I was his only customer (which I know cannot be) because he was very patient and kind. He talked me though the options which I could choose from and then prepared all the paperwork for me. When I received the paperwork he talked me through everything to ensure that all was correct. I now have a good price for both the gas and electric for my church will benefit us greatly.
Thank you Jacob for all your help and friendliness.
Luke of Watt Utilities gave our company …
Luke of Watt Utilities gave our company a quote at first which was reasonable and I also did some research myself and found something at a cheaper consumption rate and contacted Luke who then found our company an excellent deal much better than I had found. We would use their services again if needed.
First time ever we used them, and will definitely use them again if the need ever comes up. We had the pleasure of Stephen Weatherill handling our company's energy bills change over. And it was done very smoothly indeed. We did not do much at all from our side, He handled all the transfers, communications, paperwork etc with our energy company. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants hassle free dealings with energy companies.

Two major factors affecting the economics of CHP are the relative cost of fuel (principally natural gas) and the value that can be realised for electricity both for own use and export.
