I renewed my electricity contract with…Watt utilities
I renewed my electricity contract with Jacob Seraj, he saved me money, as he has done on several occasions now! His telephone manner is excellent, and he always gets me a gooid deal! I enjoyed the whole process! Thank you Jacob!
Jacob had called about another matter, but I asked if he could assist with my new business as we had been hugely let down by another utility company, and within minutes Jacob was sorting everything out for me!
Dean Jones of Watts Utilities
Dean Jones of Watts Utilities was very helpful when I renewed the gas and electricity contracts, for our local Church, with npower earlier this year. He acted in a friendly and professional manner which meant both contracts were renewed quickly and efficiently.
Thoroughly Professional Service in Every Respect
Having had nightmares with power suppliers' very poor customer service departments previously, it was a huge relief to find and work with with a highly professional and diligent broker. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Chloe; she has been attentive and diligent throughout, has sourced very competitive prices (better than the suppliers direct), and has sorted a minor glitch with supplier admin in record time. I could not be happier with the service received.
I own a small coffee shop in Sheffield and my utility contract was up for renewal, as such i was subjected to the annoying cold callers claiming to be from my own service providers, exclaiming how shocked they were at me being overcharged for my electricity blah blah blah. I received a call from Mo at Watt Uitilities and by this point I was very annoyed with all the calls and mistrusting of anyone. Mo was very patient with me throughout all our coversations, he wasnt pushy at all and no matter how grumpy i could be with him he reamained professional and patient with me at all times. Mo strove to find me the best price plan and I have to reiterate that throughout all our conversations he remained professional, polite was not pushy and most importantly helped reduce my energy bills. He really is a credit to his company. I would have no qualms in recommending Mo's services to anyone. Thanks again for your assistance.
Jacob Seraj has been helpful as always…
Jacob Seraj has been helpful as always in reviewing our contract for electricity. He is always on hand to help and answer any questions and I find him to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Well done Jacob, keep up the good work.
