Speaking to customers who contact us to see if I can help get them a better renewal rate for gas, electric and water, whether it is switching the customer to a new supplier or keeping them with the current supplier. I also terminate customers contract and liaise with suppliers directly.
Three years a couple of weeks ago!
I definitely has seen an increase year on year in regards to business energy contracts, depending on their meter and area. The advice I would always give a customer is make sure you do not fall into ‘out of contract’ rates, and get in touch with us as soon as possible as we will always find you a competitive, cost effective rate for your business!
I literally have no idea, I was planning on becoming a sports coach but that didn’t go to plan after I left university as I lost my voice for a year 🙁
Watching lots of different sports, mainly football, going to the games. Spending time with my family and friends and definitely going on holiday.
